What do you need to file taxes?
Every taxpayer’s situation is unique, and thus it is impossible to list all the items one must bring in for a tax appointment for every type of tax situation. When in doubt, bring the item in question to your tax appointment.
Do I need a tax appointment?
We would like to sit down and talk with you. The interview process may take from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on your sources of income and deductions.
What do I do if a financial institution requests my tax information?
If you need us to send your W-2 forms or tax return(s) to someone else, i.e. a bank, financial advisor, etc., please call our office so we can have you sign the disclosure form. This applies to any type of communication with anyone other than you. You can find the Disclosure/Consent form on our website under Miscellaneous Forms.

How do you guarantee my data security?
We have implemented very detailed and elaborate measures for your data protection, privacy and confidentiality. All our systems and servers are protected by bank level systems and firewalls. Our fool proof measures ensure 100% data security.
What do I do if there is bad weather or I want to change my appointment?
When we setup your appointment our scheduling system sends you an appointment confirmation email, within that email there are two options to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Alternatively, you can call our office so we can either reschedule your appointment or come up with a different arrangement that will serve your needs. If you are concerned you may not be able to keep your tax appointment due to bad weather or sickness (or you just want to be in the comfort of your home), please call our office and drop off all your tax information before the day and time of your appointment. If you drop off your tax information before your appointment, we will be able to work on your tax return during the originally scheduled time. You can also reference the Instructions for Drop Offs checklist which you will find on our website.
How can I pay for my tax return?
We can take just about anything except foreign currency! Seriously though, we can accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Checks
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
What if I don’t have the money to pay for my return upfront?
We try to make our fees as reasonable as possible, but we understand when times are tough. We give our clients the option to have your fees taken out of your refund automatically for a small fee . You can then have your refund put on a Visa prepaid debit card to spend anywhere that accepts Visa. This is yet another convenience factor we offer our clients!
